U.S. Ambassador's Visit

The visit of the American Ambassador, Woody Johnson, to King Edward's on 13th May 2019. Ambassador Johnson presented a blue plaque to commemorate a US Army battalion (the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, an all-female African-American unit) which was stationed at the school during the Second World War.
